Who will be the next South African Idol?
Here are your Top 14 Idols for 2010. Take a look at their profiles and numbers and get voting for your favourite this Sunday.
Peter G
The 20-year-old from Durban is the youngest contestant in the Top 14. He's been singing in choirs since he was nine.
S'Posh
The 24-year-old NMMU graduate hails from Port Elizabeth and her boyfriend is a Harlequins rugby player.
Sindi
Sindi studied music at UKZN and she plays the bass guitar. Her most memorable Idols moment is that blonde wig she left behind in the audition room for Steve to try on.
Jess
the 22-year-old is a former Idols Top 30 contestant, and she famously beat out her friend Georgie Mabbett in the audition rounds. Jess lives in Durban and loves the outdoors.
Pieter West
25-year-old Pieter is an accountant from Bloemfontein with no formal musical training, just raw talent.
Boki
The 21-year-old Joburger is a singer, pianist and party animal.
Bongi
Another self-taught musician makes it through! The 23-year-old lives in Thembisa in Johannesburg and he plays the drums, the bass guitar and the piano.
Jamie-Lee
Jamie-Lee, like Jess, is a former Top 12 Idols contestant. She entered season 3 at the age of 17. The 22-year-old Joburger is now an AFDA graduate and part-time guitar teacher.
Zintle
Zintle is is a 24-year-old medical orthotics and prosthetics technician. She lives in Durban and writes poetry in her free time.
Elvis Blue
The 30-year-old George resident is married and the proud father of a daughter named Lila. His real name is Jan and he's a music teacher and musician who teaches underprivileged kids to play the guitar.
Gail
Will Gail be Kimbereley's new Diamond? The 25-year-old events manager is a former beauty pageant contestant.
Lloyd
Loyd entered Idols to give his new son and wife a better life. The 28-year-old Durbanite is a computer whizz by day and a worship pastor at his church. He also plays the guitar and piano.
Adeline
The FHM model grew up on a farm in Upington but now lives in Cape Town. The 22-year-old is a self-confessed adrenaline junkie.
Funeka
The AFDA graduate was raised in PE, auditioned in Bloemfontein and lives in Johannesburg. She has started her own company called Mood Mechanics where she employs drama students for corporate events.
