Beckham because we can

Why do we have a picture of David Beckham boarding a plane bound for South Africa? Because every other site does and we don't like to feel left out. Plus, who wouldn't want to see him AGAIN?!

As has been reported, David Beckham has travelled with the England soccer team to our shores ahead of the FIFA World Cup next week. No, he didn't have miraculous surgery to repair his Achilles tendon. No, he won't be playing in the tournament. He's here for 'moral support'. ie. He's the poster boy for England.

The English footie stars touched down in Johannesburg this morning. They go up against USA on Saturday 12 June in Rustenburg at 20h30.
