Britney Spears sued by bodyguard


Britney Spears is yet to respond to allegations of sexual harrasment after her former bodyguard filed a lawsuit against her.

Former policeman Fernando Flores, who recently quit his job as the pop star's minder after accusing Britney of sexually harassing him, has detailed the allegations in papers filed at in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Fernando, 29, alleges the Toxic singer exposed herself to him, with the report stating: "She was wearing a white lace, see-through dress. She walked over close by [Flores], intentionally dropped her cigarette lighter on the floor, bent over to retrieve it and thereby exposed [herself]…The incident caused [Flores] shock and disgust."

Fernando claims Britney said: "You know you liked it."

Gossip website TMZ reported more details of the suit including claims by the former bodyguard that Britney, 28 abused her children.

He says on one occasion Britney demanded his belt and allegedly twice "savagely hit the small child [her son Sean Preston]" with the belt.

The papers filed claim on another occasion Britney fed both her children Sean Preston, four, and three-year-old Jayden James, crabmeat, even though they are allergic to fish.

The suit claims both children started vomiting and Britney allegedly stopped others from seeking medical help, telling them, "Mind your own business!"

Britney is yet to respond to the allegations.
