Charlie Sheen's Christmas Song Drama

Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller’s Christmas Day fight was instigated by a song.

According to legal documents filed by Sheen, Mueller was outraged when she discovered him and one of his daughters with ex-wife Denise Richards had a shared love of the song Drops of Jupiter by Train, TMZ report.

The papers allege Mueller to have said: “You have a song that you share with your daughter but not one with me?”

The pair then went on to “slap” at “each other’s hands or wrists”.

A source revealed to People: “From the beginning, Brooke had been jealous of Denise having children, when Brooke desperately wanted her own with Charlie.

“After having twin sons, the differences between Brooke’s interests and Charlie’s grew enormous, and she would get more upset at the time he spent with his other children or just by himself at his computer.”

Charlie and Mueller have 17-month old twins Bob and Max, while he has daughter Sam, six and Lola, five, with Denise.

Following the “slap”, Charlie was arrested for 2nd degree assault, menacing, criminal mischief and domestic violence.

He has since pleaded guilty to a misdemeanour assault charge and ordered to spend 30 days in rehabilitation.
