John Travolta flies into South Africa

2010-06-10 14:13
Attention all citizens: John Travolta has landed at Lanseria airport just outside Johannesburg. And you know what the best part is? He piloted the 707 boeing himself! Now that’s electrifying!

John holds 10 jet licenses, he’s the Qantas Airways Goodwill “Ambassador-at-large” and he uses his aviation skills to help bring relief to areas hit by disasters such as Haiti. Now that’s a man with a big heart!

Wearing a proper pilot outfit, like the guys in the movies, Travolta answered questions at the press conference looking very sexy, we must say, especially for a guy who turned 56 this year.

John has travelled to South Africa five times before with his family.

On request of the reporters John even showed off his Saturday Night Fever dancing skills with our very own Diski Dance.

John is staying in South Africa for five days with his pregnant wife Kelly Preston (ag cute man!), and their daughter. They will be supporting Australia who plays against Germany on Sunday.
