LiLo is set to be released from rehab early.
The troubled sacktress – who was admitted to the UCLA Medical Center earlier this month as part of her sentence for breaching the terms of her 2007 probation order – may not have to complete the full duration of her 90-day court-ordered stint in the treatment facility.
Jeez, surprised much?
Prosecutor Danette Meyers said: “My understanding from conversations with her lawyer Shawn Chapman Holley is that Miss Lohan could be released early from the treatment facility. It is looking as if that is what the health care professionals are going to recommend."
Said healthcare professionals need to brush up on their skills if they think Lindsay is 'good to go'. The poor girl has been crying out for some rehab since Amy Winehouse sang that song!
Lawyer Danette Meyers is not clear on how long Lindsay – whose 90-day prison sentence ended after just 13 days – will stay in rehab and if she will have to undergo treatment after her release.
Danette told RadarOnline.com: “I will follow what the health care professional advises. That could involve follow-up treatment for Miss Lohan, however, it is my understanding that it is looking like the health care professionals will be recommending that she be released earlier than the 90 days Judge Revel previously ordered.”
Judge Marsha Revel sentenced Lindsay to jail and rehab but recently stepped down from the case to be replaced by Judge Elden Fox.
