He's the one who helps you up, beats up your critics, is there for all the major points in life and will not let an embarrassing moment go by without sharing it with the whole world.
And these celebs definitely know the true value of a life long friendship.
Sure, they might be married with kids, but we all know who their real soul mate is.
1) Tim Burton and Johnny Depp:
These days it's hard to imagine a Tim Burton movie without Johnny Depp (they exist, we promise) but since Edward Scissorhands the two were hooked on each other and have gone on to do eight films together. Sometimes Helen Bonham Carter gets in the way.
2) Ian McKellan and Patrick Stewart
You wish your relationships were as cool as these two, who are constantly tweeting photos of each other. And I mean, who can say their best friend officiated their wedding? We just really hope it doesn't turn sour like Magneto and Professor Xavier's bromance.

Ocean's Eleven might as well have been Ocean's One as their bromance dominated the screen. George even mentioned how big a fan he is of Brad in his Golden Globe acceptance speech.
4) Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul
Underneath the hardcore exteriors of their Breaking Bad personas, these two are just goofballs with a budding bromance in the making. And this 'spoiler' says it all.
5) Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider
You can't watch either and not expect the other to make a cameo. Their friendship has been going on for 25 years, but rumours have popped up around a falling out since Rob wasn't in the sequel to Grown Ups or Adam's more recent movies. We definitely want some more "you can do it!"
6) Seth Rogen and James Franco
Initially an odd pairing, but they both got their start in cult show Freaks and Geeks and the friends you have before fame is the ones you have for life. Also, you know their bromance is real after watching James's Comedy Central Roast which Seth presided over. True friends are the only ones that can really make fun of your insecurities.
7) Jay Z and Kanye West
The two kings of rap, one is never quite sure if they're bros or frenemies since both their albums were released around the same time as well as announcing their tour dates at the same time. They still have cute bro photos though.
8) Ben Affleck and Matt Damon
These two would be on the cover of Bro Magazine if it existed. They are Hollywood's most adored couple and you know what they say - those that win Oscars together, stay together.

While promoting their movie White House Down, the two have seemed inseparable and could be the start of a beautiful Hollywood bromance. You can just see love in this raunchy Jimmy Kimmel music video.
10) Simon Pegg and Nick Frost
The Brits are no strangers to bro love, although they might keep their PDA to a minimum. These two however show it to the world in their various movies with fellow bro, Edgar Wright.

Onscreen, these two redefined what it meant to be a bro, but no one can have that kind of chemistry on TV without some real life bro love. They even made the anthem song for guy loves everywhere.
Next time you see your bro, give him a big 'guy love' hug!
