6 strange pics Die Antwoord shared on their Instagram!

Cape Town – Die Antwoord's zef rappers Ninja and Yo-landi Vi$$er are known for their shocking music videos and controversial public appearances.

Now they are making waves on social media with their rather unconventional photos.

Die Antwoord’s Facebook and Instagram (@rotgot23) pages are full of rather strange pics that give a behind the scenes glimpse into their lives.

Most of the images are of Ninja's tattooed body while some of the recent ones feature a boy named Tokkie. In one of the descriptions underneath a photo of Tokkie, Ninja writes: "Found dis filthy dirty lil street kid, took him home, washed him an neva gave him back. (sic)"

Ninja and Yo-landi will soon be hitting the big screen in their first feature film, Chappie, from South African director Neill Blomkamp - who gave the world District 9 and Elysium. The film wrapped filming in Jozi earlier this year.

Check out some of the pics here:

1) A young Ninja.

2) Is that a tootbursh, Ninja?

3)  Tokkie in his 666 shirt.

4)  Father and daughter. Just imagine parent night at school.

5) Ninja and Tokkie.

6)  Yo-landi hates underwear.
