8 moments of Justin Bieber's roast we can't wait to see!

2015-03-16 12:07

Cape Town – Justin Bieber went from teenage heartthrob to Hollywood thug and back to a Hollywood hunk in the blink of an eye, and it was put on full display at the recording of his roast on Saturday night.

Roasters included the host, Kevin Hart, Snoop Dogg, Shaquille O'Neal, Martha Stewart and Ludacris.

Here are some of the moments of the Comedy Central Roast of Justin Bieber we’re looking forward to watching:

1. Kevin Hart’s perfect hosting...

He described Bieber as a "huge success that confuses everybody over 14".

2. When US stand-up comedian Jeff Ross slams Selena Gomez in the process of dissing the Biebs…

"Selena Gomez wanted to be here but she's dating men now.

"Is it true you dumped her because she grew a mustache before you?"

3. When Kevin Hart jokes about 'Beliebers' and that awkward fist fight Justin had with Orlando Bloom...

"Bieber has 10 million fans - most are in middle schools, or standing at least 500 feet away from one.

"Orlando Bloom took a swing at you; you have a perfume called Girlfriend; you threw eggs at a house - not gangsta."

4. Snoop Dogg adding his 2 cents…

"Justin, you're so pretty, when inmates see your mug shot, they swipe right."

5. A surprise appearance by Will Ferrell's Anchorman character Ron Burgundy.

6. Chris D'Elia’s blatant honesty…

"You have it all, except love, friends, good parents and a Grammy."

7. Martha Stewart’s prison tips.

8. Justin’s apology…

He took it all in his stride and seemed to enjoy the brutality of it all...

But made sure to take the opportunity to apologise again...

"I lost some of my best qualities. I'm looking forward to being someone to be proud of.

"Someone close to me once said how you rise from a fall is how you are truly defined as a man."

The roast is set to air on Comedy Central (channel 122) on 30 March.
