Adele records nursery rhymes for baby

Los Angeles - Adele is playing nursery rhymes she has recorded to her unborn baby.

The Someone Like You hitmaker - who revealed last month she was pregnant with her first child with boyfriend Simon Konecki - has created an album of songs and has played them to her belly so the tot can get used to the sound of her voice.

A source said: "She has been playing the rhymes to her belly.

"It's so Adele can get her voice as close as possible to the baby so it can hear as many soothing sounds as possible."

'Obsessed with board games'

Despite many women experiencing food cravings when they are pregnant, Adele has found an alternative love - board games.

A source told The Sun newspaper: "She's become a bit obsessed with board games. She loves Jenga, Monopoly and Scrabble. Her mate recently bought her a charades set too."

Writing on her website last week, Adele said she was "over the moon" to be starting a family.

She said: "Im delighted to announce that Simon and I are expecting our first child together. I wanted you to hear the news direct from me, obviously we're over the moon and very excited but please respect our privacy at this precious time. Yours always, Adele xx(sic)"
