Afrikaans singer undergoes second surgery as mystery surrounds what happened to him

Johannesburg - Afrikaans singer Jannie Moolman is in a stable condition in the Milpark hospital in Johannesburg, Beeld reported.

Moolman will undergo a second surgery on Thursday after he was seriously injured during a bachelor’s party for a family friend at a restaurant in Hartbeespoortdam.

Huisgenoot first reported on Tuesday that Moolman was seriously injured after falling from the roof of the restaurant.

But according to Moolman’s spokesperson, Barnard Beukman, the exact cause of the singer’s injuries has not been determined.

"Earlier reports that he fell from the roof cannot be confirmed. He was found by a security guard outside the restaurant, " Beukman said.
