Amanda Bynes: I love the Kardashians

Los Angeles - Amanda Bynes is grateful for the Kardashians' support.

The troubled Hollywood starlet complimented sisters Kim, 32, and Khloe, 28, after they praised her appearance while hosting the E! show Chelsea Lately on Monday night.

During the show, Kim revealed she is a huge fan of the 26-year-old retired actress - who has sparked concern in recent months after dramatically altering her appearance and displaying unusual behaviour but recently refused to move back to Los Angeles from New York so her family can keep an eye on her - and said: "Am I the only one that is obsessed with her new makeover? I think she looks amazing. With the blonde hair and those nails?"

''I feel pregnant'

Khloe also praised Amanda's transformation, saying: "With all those extensions and makeup, you would think she looks hot. She does wear fishnets to the gym. I don't think that's abnormal. I love it."

The Easy A actress was grateful for their comments and later tweeted:

Amanda, who recently claimed she is suffering from an eating disorder and wants to weigh 45kg, has had a series of legal troubles in the past few months and in December settled two hit-and-run cases after reaching a civil compromise with her victims, saving herself from a potential 12 months in jail.

Along with her legal troubles, she was involved in two bizarre episodes in September 2012, locking herself in a store changing room for nearly two hours and refusing to come out and stripping off during a gym class and friends say her parents don't know what to do as Amanda has cut contact with everyone.
