Los Angeles - Miley Cyrus has been voted the worst celebrity role model for young girls, in a new poll of 2 407 parents, reports Mail Online.

Cyrus, who recently caused a stir with the explicit nature of her latest album, beat Lindsay Lohan and Amanda Bynes to the title.

She received 68% of the votes collected by CouponCodes4u for her "inability to make positive life choices", "lack of talent" and "sexualised" appearance.
