The 38-year-old actress and the couple's kids Maddox, 11, Pax, nine, Zahara, eight, Shiloh, six, and four-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, surprised Brad with the platinum vintage Tiffany watch.
Angelina wanted to get her fiancé a special gift to say thank you for his support and love this year as she made the made the decision to have a double mastectomy operation to remove both her breasts to reduce her chances of getting cancer.
The kids helped
A source told In Touch Weekly magazine: "The kids were excited to pick something for their dad. Angie said Brad had been so supportive over the past few months. The watch was a way to say thank you."
Angelina publicly announced in May she had the surgery after testing positive for the BRCA1 mutated gene which causes cancer.
The 38-year-old actress lost her mother Marcheline Bertrand to ovarian cancer in 2007 and her aunt Debbie Martin passed away from breast cancer last month.
The couple are believed to be getting married later this summer at their Chateau Miraval estate in Provence, France.
