Los Angeles - Anna Kendrick opened her Saturday Night Live episode by singing her monologue to the tune of Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Just Jared reported.
“I got my start in musical theatre. When I was ten, my dad took me to see Beauty on the Beast on Broadway and I just knew I wanted to be up there, so to be here on this New York stage is so incredibly exciting. It just feels like something out of a story book,” the 28-year-old actress said before breaking into song.
This was not the only Disney themed skit of the night. Anna later played Ariel in a Little Mermaid sketch.
