Los Angeles - In a bid to convince the world that all is well in the Knowles homestead, Beyoncé and her sister Solange Knowles were all smiles at Gucci’s Chime for change event.
The genetically gifted sisters decided to put any animosity rumours between the two of them to bed as they showed up together for a good cause. The event was hosted by Gucci Creative Director Frida Gianini at the Needleman at Gucci Fifth Avenue in New York City.
Chime for Change is a global campaign that helps strengthen and unite the voices of women all around the world. Beyoncé and Gianini co-founded the charity with film actress Salma Hayek. The charity actively runs 300 projects in nearly 80 countries across the world.
Mrs Carter reportedly donated a whopping $500 000 to the charity out of her own pocket! Her sister kept the music going on the decks with both of them taking breaks in between to pose for pics with other A-listers such as Blake Lively, who was also in attendance.
