Los Angeles - Justin Bieber got a lucky break when LA prosecutors dropped a hit-and-run case against him in which he allegedly hit a photographer with his white Ferrari.
According to TMZ, the LA Country District Attorney determined that there was "insufficient evidence to prove that Bieber knowingly left the scene of a collision in which someone was injured."
The incident happened last month as Justin was leaving a club in Hollywood. There were paparazzi waiting outside to get some pics of the Believe singer before he left in his Ferrari. Unfortunately, it appears he didn't realise that he had hit one of the paparazzi who had to call an ambulance.
The injured man filed a police report and although the LAPD had cleared Justin of any foul play, the matter was turned over to the DA for further examination.
