British chef uses zombie TV series as inspiration to create a human flavoured burger

Los Angeles - A chef has created a burger that tastes of human flesh.

James Thomlinson is planning to give away the "cannibal burgers" at a pop-up restaurant in east London to mark the upcoming launch of series five of The Walking Dead.

The British chef read late journalist William Seabrook's book, Jungle Ways - which describes human flesh as being like "fully developed veal, not young, but not yet beef" - as part of his research into cannibalism.

Thomlinson mixed veal, chicken livers, bone marrow and pork to create the mince for the burgers and thinks he's got the flavour as accurate as possible.
