Los Angeles - Bruce Jenner feels like "a big weight" has been lifted off his shoulders.

The 65-year-old reality TV star, who confirmed he is transgender last week, is reportedly excited to finally be able to look "like the woman he's always wanted to be" after sharing his story with Diane Sawyer.
