The troubled actor - who has two children, Sam, seven, and Lola, five, with the Wild Things star - has claimed not only is his former flame a puppy pincher, but she is also a "traitor" and a "vile kidnapper".
Writing on his Twitter page, Sheen said: "We must bombard with Warlock Napalm, that traitor and loser w***e #DUH-neese POOR-ards. a vile kidnapper and now dog thief. hate. SBW c
"Like a Dinosaur Stampede from middle earth RAGING atop Col. Kilgore's main rotor, our assault must be EPIC. The Truth is our rocket fuel.(sic)."
Pug-napping
According to gossip website TMZ, the 45-year-old star took over the ownership of the former couple's two pug dogs when they called time on their four-year marriage in 2006.
However, Richards recently took the dogs back into her care and Sheen - who is currently in the process of divorcing his third wife Brooke Mueller, with whom he has two-year-old twins Bob and Max - is reportedly keen to get the furry friends back under his watch.
Richards recently spoke of her love for her pet pooches, admitting she showers attention on the dogs now that her daughters have started school.
She said: "I've always been that way. Ever since I was little I always brought home every little stray dog who didn't have a home. My daughters love animals as well, so I can't help it."
