Charlie Sheen grants fan's dying wish

Los Angeles - Charlie Sheen granted a cancer patient's dying wish to hang out with him.

The 48-year-old star paid for three first class tickets for fan Marion Minchuk, his girlfriend and nurse to fly to Los Angeles from Arizona to visit him.

Marion, who only has a month left to live, got in touch with Charlie's representative and asked if there was any way he could meet him before he died.

The actor put them up in the Presidential Suite at the Universal Hilton Hotel.

Charlie also took the trio to the set of his comedy series Anger Management where Marion got to sit in Charlie's famous chair.

The group then went to his home, where a chef made them lunch and they then went to the screening room to watch Sandra Bullock's new movie Gravity.

Charlie signed an 'Anger Management' script and DVD of his film 'Wall Street' and the fan posed for photographs with his idol after he made his dream come true.

It's not the only good deed the actor has done this month. He also donated $25 000 to a Philippines aid charity.

The actor reportedly gave the money to the PREDA Foundation, an organisation working to help those affected by the typhoon in the country.
