Charlie Sheen vows to protect children from ex-wife Brooke

Los Angeles - Charlie Sheen vows not to let anything stop him from protecting his children from ex-wife Brooke Mueller.

The Anger Management star is at war with his troubled former spouse - with whom he has four-year-old twins Bob and Max - and insists he will do everything in his power to stop her from getting custody of them.

Quoting lines from Apocalypse Now - a film starring his father, Martin Sheen - he told TMZ.com: "What my family and I are forced to deal with in the last 4 years, lives outside the pale of any acceptable conduct or decency. I am battling an amorphous enemy that needs to be swiftly disempowered.

"There is no force, no human, and no scenario in the known universe that will divert my course, my mission in this life."

'The storm is brewing'

Charlie's rant comes after another of his ex-wives, Denise Richards, wrote to Los Angeles Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to inform them she can no longer care for Bob and Max, and included photos taken before and after they had visited Brooke on 26 July, with the later picture showing a large red mark on Bob's head.

Charlie, 48, insists he will do all he can to make sure the Department of Children and Family Services expose Brooke.

He said: "These crimes against my children will be exposed. These war criminals will be hanged at dusk to a cheering and jeering crowd, gathered together in love in support of all children who are mercilessly discarded like garbage by CPS [Child Protection Services]. Which by the way stands for 'CAN'T PROTECT SHITE.'"

Charlie ranted about the battle he is fighting with Brooke and added: "The storm is brewing. Their roofs are leaking. I am the Tsunami your mommy warned you about your whole childhood. All of you renegade deplorable pigs are marked for slaughter."
