Los Angeles - According to the
Mail on Sunday newspaper, Charlize Theron has a new man in her life.
The Oscar-winning beauty is dating newly single
Modern Family star Eric Stonestreet, who plays gay character Cameron Tucker in the hit comedy series.
On Sunday
Eric won the Emmy for Outstanding Supporting Actor in A Comedy Series for his role in the award-winning show.
News surfaced just earlier in September that
Eric had split with his long-term girlfriend Katherine Tokarz and he is said to have fallen head-over-heels for his good pal Charlize after being introduced to her by mutual friends in Los Angeles earlier this year.
'They're very fond of each other'A close friend said: "Charlize and Eric get along incredibly well. They started off as friends but things are blossoming between them.
"Eric is down to earth and funny and Charlize thinks the world of him. It's early days but they're very fond of each other."
The actress, who adopted a baby boy named Jackson in May, has been single since breaking off her nine-year engagement to Irish actor Stuart Townsend in 2010.
The 37-year-old revealed in May that she was relishing her new role as a mother.
"I love it! I've got to tell you, I'm available for other babies' diapers to be changed. I can do it in my sleep now. I am so good.
"I now know how to change a Japanese diaper, a Spanish diaper, an English diaper, a German diaper. I'm like the diaper pro now," she dished during an interview.
