Johannesburg - Karlien van Jaarsveld attended the glitzy red carpet premiere of the Afrikaans adventure movie, Pad na Jou Hart in Johannesburg on Thursday night.
The Afrikaans singer gave birth to twin boys a month ago and she looks amazing! Motherhood really agrees with her.
