Chris Brown's rep: The girl was wasted

Los Angeles - Chris Brown's representatives insist the woman who accused him of assaulting her was "wasted".

Deanna Gines claims the 24-year-old singer - who is currently on probation for beating up his then girlfriend Rihanna in 2009 - shoved her to the ground at the Heat Ultra Lounge in Anaheim, California, causing her to tear ligaments in her right knee but his camp denied it and said she was drunk when the alleged incident occurred.

Club unaware of incident

A representative for Chris told Mail Online: "Chris didn't do this. The club also says they are unaware of this happening. Everyone with Chris knows nothing about this.

"The girl has not come in in-person to The Anaheim Police Station and she would not go into details with the police regarding her injuries - she only told them that she was pushed. She said all of this over the phone. She also didn't call the police at the time she's saying the alleged assault happened."

Video footage

"We're getting a statement from the club. Turns out this person was wasted and threw her shoe at club security so they started filming her for liability reasons. We are trying to get that footage."

However, this is not the only legal trouble Chris is facing right now.

The Don't Wake Me Up singer is still under a criminal battery investigation after an altercation outside a studio with Frank Ocean earlier this year, even though the singer did not press charges against him.

The Turn up the Music star is also being investigated for an alleged hit-and-run incident, which took place in Beverly Hills last month.
