Chris Pratt says actors hit on his wife when he was less famous and overweight

Los Angeles - Chris Pratt claims actors used to "hit on" his wife right in front of him.

The 35-year-old star has confessed he used to feel left out when attending film premieres and events with his wife Anna Faris when she was more famous than him, and admits he would get annoyed when Hollywood heartthrobs would try to chat her up.

He said: "I've had those moments, where I was like the guy holding the purse at events and people just look right through me. And, you know, actors come up and just blatantly hit on my wife in front of me and don't even look at me. I'm like, 'What the fuck, dude?' "

The Guardians of the Galaxy star says he's kept a mental list of the men in question so that if they ever try for a role in one of his movies he can turn them down.

He told GQ magazine: "I can think of exactly who they are, too, and I hope they fucking audition for [the sequel of] Guardians of the Galaxy.''

Chris also claims Anna - with whom he has two-year-old son Jack - preferred his figure before he slimmed down for his roles in Guardians and Jurassic World, despite him being much happier now.

He explained: "I think I was outwardly having more fun. I was more fun to be around, probably. That image I was casting, to convince people that I was okay, was a really fun person to hang around.

"Now I have less fun. I focus more. She doesn't get to cook for me the way she used to. I was like a great pet fat guy."

However, the Zero Dark Thirty hunk insists she's always there for him no matter what.

Chris added: "She understands and she just supports me regardless. I think part of her is hedging her bets that one day I'll be fat again, and she'll say, 'Remember, honey, I always told you I preferred you this way'. She's probably just playing the long game."
