Los Angeles – Kylie Jenner definitely made her mark on Lionel Richie’s son.
The Keeping up with the Kardashians sibling decided to "help out" while Miles Richie was getting inked by well-known tattoo artist John Petro.
However what the reality TV star probably didn’t know is that John runs the risk of losing his tattoo licence.
Kylie could also face charges against her for being underage and tattooing without a legal licence.
