Los Angeles - Demi Lovato has completed her stint in rehab.
The 18-year-old singer and actress left an unnamed clinic in Illinois, US, on Monday after successfully being treated for "emotional and physical issues".
Demi entered rehab voluntarily at the beginning of November last year after an incident in which she punched a backing dancer. According to gossip website TMZ, she wants to get back into her "regular routine" and spend time with her family and close friends.
The Sonny with a Chance star is also said to be determined to undertake a solo tour this year.
Earlier this month, representatives for Demi reached a settlement with dancer Alex Welch, who allegedly received a black eye when the star attacked her on a plane after believing Alex had complained to management about her.
A new song by the Disney actress called Shut Up and Love Me was recently leaked online, leading fans to believe she was ready to step back into the spotlight.
