Demi Moore, Ashton reveal charity plans

Los Angeles - Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher will continue to work with their joint charity.

The former couple released a statement on Thursday confirming their commitment to working together and their new plans for the DNA Foundation which will now be known as THORN: Digital Defenders of Children.

They said: "For the past three years we have focused our work broadly on combatting child sex trafficking. It has become crystal clear in our efforts that technology plays an increasingly large role in this crime and in the sexual exploitation of children overall.

"We believe that the technology-driven aspect of these crimes demands its own attention and investment."

'She wants to fall in love again'

The pair - who split in 2011 after Ashton allegedly cheated on Demi - started their foundation together in 2010.

Ashton is now dating his former That 70s Show co-star Mila Kunis and it was recently revealed Demi has finally come to terms with the end of her marriage and is looking forward to finding romance again.

A source said: "She's not desperate to date again but she is actually open to it which is a really good step. She wants to experience something new. She wants to fall in love again.

"Demi seems to have rounded a corner. She's been forced to get real. As much as it hurts her to see Ashton in love with Mila, it's also been the push she needed to finally accept it's over for good between them."
