Los Angeles - A publicity stunt for a dark and twisted new movie Devil's due scared unsuspecting New Yorkers in the worst way possible.
The stunt titled Devil Baby had a remote controlled puppet jump out at passers by who wanted to help the crying child.
But instead of an innocent baby they found a horrific little monster hiding in the pram.
The prank was part of a campaign to promote the new horror movie which is about a newlywed couple that finds themselves dealing with an earlier-than-planned pregnancy.
While recording everything for posterity, the husband begins to notice odd behaviour in his wife that they initially write off to nerves, but, as the months pass, it becomes evident that the dark changes to her body and mind have a much more sinister origin.
