Do we smell a Spice Girls reunion?!

Los Angeles - Mel B says the Spice Girls are "definitely" going to be "doing something" to mark the 20th anniversary of their debut album.

The 40-year-old star has revealed she and her former bandmates - Victoria Beckham, Emma Bunton, Mel C and Geri Halliwell - have had discussions about reuniting to celebrate the landmark date for their hit first LP Spice and although she can't say what they have planned yet she's promised it will be "fun".

Speaking to website TooFab, the Wannabe singer teased: "I think we're definitely gonna be doing something. What that is, I can't say cause it's not completely finalised, but I think it would be a shame not to celebrate 20 years."

She added: "It doesn't feel like 20 years to me, but I think it's nice that we can celebrate that and hopefully we'll be doing stuff together to help everyone celebrate. So it will be something fun!"

Two decades on since their inception, Mel claims she and the girls still live up to their Spice personas.

Scary Spice exclaimed: "We're all kind of exactly the same, we've just like aged a little more gracefully. When I jump out of the shower, my hair's lovely and curly, and I like that. You can't stop you from being you, and I'm Scary Spice, always, and I don't mind that!"

Mel has also lifted the lid on the reason why she missed Geri's wedding to Formula One team principle Christian Horner in May.

Out of the Spice Girls only Emma attended the ceremony, and Mel admits the reason for the no-show was the same as Victoria's and Mel C's - work.

The America's Got Talent judge explained: "Unfortunately I couldn't be there at the wedding and neither could Victoria or Mel C because we all had prior commitments.

"Even though they've been together quite a while, it was like, 'Oh I'm getting married in a few weeks.' I was like 'No change the date!' She looked gorgeous on her wedding day."
