Florida - Donald Trump is suing Palm Beach County again, saying it's directing all flights from Palm Beach International Airport right over his ritzy club.
Trump said in an interview on Monday that columns and floors at Mar-a-Lago are cracking and antique tiles and roofing are being damaged by vibrations and emissions.
The real estate mogul bought and restored Mar-a-Lago 30 years ago. He's been fighting the south Florida airport over noise issues nearly as long. His lawsuit over airport noise in 2010 was dismissed.
In the latest lawsuit, Trump claims the county's airport director has taken "deliberate and malicious" action against him, directing air traffic right over Mar-a-Lago, rather than fanning planes in all directions. He is seeking $100m.
The County Attorney's Office says it hasn't seen the lawsuit and had no comment.
