Elvis Blue, wife expecting 2nd child

Cape Town - Idols SA season 6 winner, singer and songwriter Elvis Blue and his wife, Chireze, have announced that they are expecting their second baby girl, according to Sarie.com.

Sarie reports that Elvis made the announcement via his Facebook page, posting the following:

"It's official. My wife is pregnant. I wanted to share it with you. I am super excited."

Elvis and his wife also on appear on the cover of this week's Huisgenoot, where they reveal how they almost gave up on everything after various failed attempts. The couple have said that their second child is due to be born in June.

Sarie reports that the couple had been struggling for more than two years to conceive again.

"It was hard work," Elvis told Sarie. "A lot of careful planning was involved, but now were are very happy! It is wonderful news!"

The couple revealed that they have already thought of a name for the baby, but will only reveal it once she is born.

Elvis is currently on tour with his second album Journey, which was released in 2012.
