Los Angeles - Evan Rachel Wood is being sued for $30m after allegedly bailing on a movie project, TMZ reported on Friday.
According to the gossip website Evan bailed in the middle of filming the sequel of 10 Things I Hate About You.
The crew was reportedly in the middle of filming 10 Things I Hate About Life in January 2013 when the producers decided to shut down production.
When they asked Evan to return to filming in November 2013 she declined.
The producers claim they pleaded with her to return to the film, and even agreed to pay her more money, but she still never returned to the production.
Evan’s rep told TMZ the lawsuit is a "bullying tactic from financially troubled producers".
