Evan Rachel Wood to be proposed to

Los Angeles - Jamie Bell is planning to propose to his girlfriend Evan Rachel Wood - and has been shopping for an engagement ring.

The 25-year-old actor rekindled his romance with the 24-year-old actress in the summer and things are so great between them he is reportedly looking for a diamond band to pop the question with.

A source told RadarOnline.com: "He hasn't made a purchase yet, but he is starting to seriously look and has met with a few jewellers.

"Evan and Billy were really young and just getting going in their careers when they first met and they just weren't ready. Now that they are older and both excelling in their professional lives, I think they feel ready to take their relationship to the next level."

First time round

The Billy Elliot star and the Ides of March actress first dated in 2006 after initially meeting on the set of the Green Day video Wake Me Up When September Ends in 2005. They were together for around a year before they broke-up.

Evan then embarked on a romance with shock rocker Marilyn Manson and the pair were engaged for several months before splitting.

Earlier this year, the screen beauty confessed she is bisexual and knew from a young age she was attracted to men and women.

She said: "It's funny when you suddenly realise you bought into a certain idea for so long. You're just raised with a certain idea of what a girl is supposed to be and what a boy is supposed to be. That is not necessarily real. It's just what you've been taught.

"I've always felt that way [bisexual] for as long as I can remember. I truly feel like you're just born a certain way and I feel the more people are honest about something as human as sexuality, the more it will stop being a big deal."
