First Kendall Jenner was reportedly with Nick Jonas now it's Zayn Malik!?

Los Angeles - Kris Jenner is trying to set Kendall Jenner up with Zayn Malik.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star reportedly invited the former One Direction hunk - whose ex-bandmate Harry Styles previously dated the model - to her youngest daughter, Kylie Jenner's 18th birthday party in Los Angeles last week in a bid to set him up with Kendall.

A source revealed: "Kendall is actually quite shy and was mortified at her mum being so obvious but eventually she relaxed and was talking to Zayn just the two of them. [Her sister] Khloe [Kardashian] and some friends joined them and clearly Zayn was feeling more confident so he put his arm around her.

"She looked very surprised at first but she relaxed and put both her arms around his waist."

Kris, 59, is now said to be pestering Kendall, 19, to keep in touch with Zayn, 22 - who recently split from his Little Mix star fiancee Perrie Edwards.

The insider told The Sun newspaper: "They swapped numbers and Kris has been on Kendall's case while she's been on holiday in Mexico, encouraging her to keep in contact with him.

"Nobody seemed remotely fussed Kendall went on dates with Harry. Their attitude was it was a casual relationship a long time ago.''

However, this is not the first time Kris has tried to play matchmaker for Kendall as she previously tried to set her up with Formula 1 star Lewis Hamilton, who is now rumoured to be dating Rihanna.

Meanwhile Zayn has reportedly been house-hunting in Los Angeles.

The former One Direction star is on the lookout for a new home in sunny California as he prepares to launch a solo music career.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: Zayn is relishing the opportunity to make a new start.

"He is single and solo, his career is in America and he absolutely loves Los Angeles, so he wants to stay.

"He is currently looking for the perfect home. He is so excited about it."

Earlier this week Zayn made no secret of his love for LA on Twitter.
