Gabriel Aubry reunites with Nahla

Los Angeles - Gabriel Aubry has reunited with his daughter for the first time since he resolved his custody battle with Halle Berry.

The Canadian model - who has dropped his bid to secure a permanent restraining order against Olivier Martinez after getting into a violent bust-up with his ex-girlfriend's new fiance on Thanksgiving morning - was spotted hanging out with their four-year-old daughter Nahla in Los Angeles on Friday morning just one day after they reached an "amicable agreement" regarding her custody, according to USMagazine.com.

Following his altercation with the French actor, an emergency protective order was put in place to keep Nahla's dad from seeing his ex or their daughter but that order expired on Thursday.

Misdemeanour battery

The 36-year-old model previously claimed in court documents that Olivier said he would kill him if he didn't let Halle move to France with their four-year-old daughter Nahla.

The duo got into a heated fight after which Gabriel was hospitalised for multiple injuries including a broken rib and a swollen black eye before he was later arrested on suspicion of a misdemeanour battery.

Halle, 46, and Gabriel have now reached an "amicable agreement" and are hoping to move forward for the sake of Nahla.

A source said: "All parties wanted what was best for Nahla and that was the main goal of the settlement. All three of the adults are moving on and have vowed to never let something like this ever happen again."
