Gareth Cliff is looking for new talent to join his new project

Cape Town – Gareth Cliff on Monday announced that his new online radio show will be uncensored and unscripted.

The South African radio DJ also confirmed that CliffCentral will have its own Official Account (OA) on WeChat.

"CliffCentral is not just an online radio station. It will be multi-faceted and free from suspensions, restrictions or BCCSA complaints," commented Cliff.

According to a post on Gareth’s Facebook page, he is looking for new talent to join his show.

Cliff wrote: "I’m excited to be back with you again from 06:00 to 09:00 from 1 May together with Leigh-Ann Mol, Mabale Moloi and yes…even Damon Kalvari.  Meantime, while Thabo has been trapped on the 26th Floor of the SABC still demanding his multi-million Rand payout, intern Siya Sangweni-Fynn has made inroads as President of CliffCentral Youth League, leading the charge into this brave new era. And there’s YOU! Can’t wait to be reunited.

"We will be broadcasting live all day with some well-known names hosting regular shows as well as launching aspiring new talent. It could even be you! We’re tapping into the vast untapped talent pool in South Africa and giving people a chance to audition live from 1 May at CliffCentral studios (situated in Rivonia, Sandton). You could be the next best thing but no one has given you a chance yet."

Those interested in joining Cliff and his team can mail a motivation to Damon at damon@cliffcentral.com and say why they deserve a show.

"Briefly describe what your show would include, why it’s relevant to the Cliff Community  and why you deserve to make it to the live auditions. If you want to be a music DJ, then rather try YFM or 5FM. If you can add to our lively and entertaining conversation, then this could be the place for you," Cliff wrote.
