Green Mile star's family to contest will

Los Angeles - Michael Clarke Duncan's family want to contest his will.

The Green Mile actor died of natural causes in hospital in September, two months after suffering a heart attack, and his family are reportedly unhappy he changed his will just months before he died, in order to leave the majority of his assets to his fiancée, Omarosa Manigault.

According to TMZ, Judy Duncan, Michael's sister has "hired a lawyer to investigate the circumstances surrounding the change to the actor's will in April 2012, making Omarosa the main beneficiary".

'Simply seeking more money'

She also claimed Omarosa was fixated on Michael's money when he was on life support and has sold a number of his belongings without asking the family for permission.

However, the former Apprentice star denies she has done anything wrong and says Judy - who was left $100 000 in the will - is simply seeking more money.

She said: "I don't control the estate or the finances and Judy knows it. If you saw all of her e-mails and texts to me you would see that she is just trying to get money from me, and threatened going to press if I did not give it to her and that is a crime!"
