Here are the latest deets about the break-up of the year

Los Angeles - Kourtney Kardashian wants to block Scott Disick trading on her name.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star is reportedly determined not to allow her former boyfriend - who she split from last week after nine years of dating - to make money from his connections to her famous family and even wants him to sign a legal document agreeing not to endorse anything using the Kardashian name.

A source said: "Kourtney is determined he won't continue to make money off the back of her family's name.

"She's told her mum Kris that she wants Scott off the reality series and wants to get a legal contract to stop him using the Kardashian name to endorse any products."

The 36-year-old beauty - who has kids Mason, five, Penelope, three, and six-month-old Reign with Scott - is "devastated" by the break-up but she knows the relationship isn't "good" for her and she no longer wants anything to do with the 32-year-old socialite.

The source added to Closer magazine: "She's devastated as there's a part of her that still loves Scott but she needs to let him go now.

"She knows she'll have to be in regular touch with him because of the kids, but aside from being civil, she wants nothing to do with him."

Meanwhile Scott is reportedly in "constant" contact with his children.

Although he hasn't seen Mason, Penelope and Reign for over a month, he Facetimes and calls the two older kids on a regular basis.

According to TMZ, although Scott and Kourtney's relationship is a "disaster" and the 36-year-old beauty has "extremely bad feelings" towards her former partner, she has been facilitating the 32-year-old model's contact with the kids and encourages them to maintain a relationship with their father.

Following their break-up, Scott has had his details removed from the gated community where he lived with his family and can no longer gain entry.

It was recently claimed Kourtney "sacrificed" her relationship with wild-partying Scott for the sake of their kids.

A source said: "She was over dealing with his constant lies and addictions.

"It was becoming a poor environment for the kids to be raised in and she refused to let that be the case."
