Los Angeles - Jennifer Lawrence and Nicholas Hoult appear to be rekindling their romance.
The former couple - who split in January after two years together - have been spotted both on and off the set of their upcoming comic book film X-Men: Days of Future Past, which is the sequel to X-Men: First Class on which the two met and started dating.
A source told Us Weekly magazine that the 22-year-old Oscar-winning actress and the 23-year-old British actor “always eat lunch together” and are always hanging out.
Flirting during dinner
Earlier this month, Nicholas joined Jennifer and her family on a stroll around Montreal, Canada, where X-Men: Days of Future Past is being filmed, but rumours surrounding the pair emerged as early as April when they were seen “flirting” with each other during an intimate dinner at The Little Door in Los Angeles.
In an interview shortly before their break-up, Jennifer gushed about her feelings for Nicholas. She said: “He is honestly my best friend, and hopefully I'm his best friend, too ... He's my favourite person to be around and he makes me laugh harder than anybody.”
Always supportive
The Jack the Giant Slayer star also repeatedly praised his ex in public, congratulating her on her Best Actress Oscar win in February.
He said: "I'm very, very happy for her."
