Giggling uncontrollably, the 19-year-old posted his first video for the social media platform on Thursday.
Earlier this year Swedish Police found drugs on board a tour bus used by the Canadian pop singer.
According to a spokesperson a small amount of drugs and a stun gun were found when officers raided the empty bus parked under the Globen concert venue in Stockholm, where Bieber was performing.
