London – The rumour mill has been going crazy with speculation that Kelly Osbourne is dating the ridiculously hot bearded hipster model, Ricki Hall.

The two have apparently been flirting online for a while now. Over the weekend Kelly fuelled the rumours when she was spotted with Ricki at her father’s gig at the British Summertime concert in Hyde Park.

Kelly has been single since January when she split from her vegan chef beau, Matthew Mosshart.
