Los Angeles - Ivanka Trump has given birth to a baby boy.

The heiress and her husband, Jared Kushner - who are already parents to two-year-old Arabella - welcomed their second child into the world on Monday, and the Celebrity Apprentice star took to Twitter to share the happy news with her followers.

She wrote: "We just welcomed a beautiful & healthy son into the world. Jared, Arabella and I couldn't be happier!"

The blonde's fans were quick to send their blessings and well-wishes, with one posting: "Mazel tov! Enjoy your new addition! (sic)"

Another enthused: "Congratulations! That is so wonderful as now you have a daughter and a son, such a beautiful family! God Bless all.. :) (sic)"

Proud multi-millionaire grandfather Donald Trump was thrilled to welcome another member to his family.

He exclaimed: "My beautiful daughter Ivanka just had a healthy baby boy. Jared and Ivanka are very proud!"

The Apprentice star was overwhelmed by the messages of support which came flooding in from his 2.3m Twitter followers.

Donald added: "Thanks to all for the wonderful congratulation sent to me on the birth of Ivanka's little boy - so nice!"
