Ever the gentleman Franco simply retaliated by saying: "I actually wish I was gay."
Now it seems he has decided to taunt gossip publications with his own paparazzi-style photos that see him being "caught" in scandalous moments.
The pics appeared on Franco’s Instagram account and sees him mockingly "making out" with a random girl in a car and "kissing" an unknown man in an alley.
The 35-year-old shared the "scandalous" images with his fans on Tuesday mocking gossip sites like Gawker, Perez Hilton and Just Jared.
