Los Angeles - Jennifer Aniston "felt like a kid" at the Golden Globes.
The Cake actress - who lost out to Julianne Moore for the Best Actress in a Drama award - admitted that she felt incredibly relaxed before the ceremony, which took place in Beverly Hills early on Monday morning.
When asked if she felt the pressure of being nominated for such a prestigious award, she said: "Who wants to be crazy and stressed out on a day like today?
"I feel like a kid!"
The 45-year-old actress also admitted she was very glad that her year turned out to be "zen".
She added to NBC's pre-show: "It's been a pretty zen year - and thankfully."
Jennifer may have felt like a kid at the ceremony - but the Friends star - who is engaged to Justin Theroux - recently slammed people for "pressuring" her into having children of her own.
She said previously: "I don't like the pressure that people put on me, on women - that you've failed yourself as a female because you haven't procreated. I don't think it's fair.
"You may not have a child come out of your vagina, but that doesn't mean you aren't mothering - dogs, friends, friends' children.
"This continually is said about me: that I was so career-driven and focused on myself; that I don't want to be a mother, and how selfish that is."
