Joost and Amor kiss and make up

Cape Town - Joost van der Westhuizen on Friday tweeted that he and estranged wife Amor Vittone are "good friends now" after having a long chat.

Former Springbok rugby player Joost took to Twitter on Friday to share his joy:

This comes after Channel24 reported on Thursday that Amor has "had enough" and that she plans to set the record straight in an interview with heat magazine, which will be published on Friday, 14 September.

Joost, who is suffering from the degenerative disorder motor neuron disease, claimed in intimate interviews with Carte Blanche and Huisgenoot that Amor is keeping his kids away from him.

This led to Amor telling Die Burger she plans to file a court order against Joost to stop him from slandering her in the media.
