Justin Bieber completes sentence in egg vandalism case

Los Angeles - Justin Bieber will no longer have to report to a probation officer after completing his sentence in a vandalism case filed after he damaged a neighbour's house with eggs.

The pop singer received a favourable probation report during a hearing on Monday and was placed on unsupervised probation in the misdemeanor case.

Bieber was required to perform community labour, repay around $80k in damage to his neighbour's house and undergo anger management counseling as part of his sentence.

The 21-year-old was sued earlier this year by his former neighbours, Jeff and Suzanne Schwartz, who accused the singer of terrorising them while living in a gated community in Calabasas.

Bieber has since moved out of the gated community.
