Kanye West practised his wedding vows infront of the mirror

Florence - The 36-year-old rapper - who married fiancée, Kim Kardashian at a star-studded ceremony at Forte di Belvedere in Florence last Saturday - was so nervous about exchanging his self-penned vows with the 33-year-old reality TV star that he repeatedly rehearsed saying the words to his reflection.

A guest told People magazine: "The groom told me he had practised them in front of a mirror several times to commit them to memory. He didn't make any mistakes."

They added that the heartfelt words featured "a little bit of humour and a whole lot of love".

The guest - who attended the wedding with Hollywood's finest including 12 Years A Slave director Steve McQueen and singer John Legend - described the nuptials as a "crazy, incredible dream".

The couple's 11-month-old daughter North made sure she was centre of attention during the lavish ceremony as she was carried down the aisle by Kim's mother Kris Jenner.

Another source said: "She clapped the whole way down."

Following their wedding celebrations - which started in Paris, France, last Friday - the pair have moved on to Ireland, where they are enjoying a honeymoon in Cork, staying at the exclusive Castlemartyr Resort.
