Kate Hudson says she is basically married and not in a rush to wed Muse frontman, Matthew Bellamy.

Los Angeles - Kate Hudson says she and Matthew Bellamy are "basically married."

The 35-year-old actress, who has son Bingham, three, with the Muse frontman, 36, admits they're in no rush to plan to a wedding and she rarely wears her nine-carat diamond engagement ring because she thinks it's "a little much."

The Something Borrowed star, who got engaged in April 2011, told Red magazine: "I'm not in a rush. We are basically married. It's really about when are we going to take the time to plan a wedding."

She added: "I'm not wearing my engagement ring because it can be...a little much. I like to wear my push gift - another ring -for pushing out Bing."

Meanwhile, the petite star, who also has son, Ryder, 10, from a previous marriage, admits rumours that she has an eating disorder upset her the most.

She said: "If there is one thing I will never have, it is an eating disorder. I won't have girls -even if it is just one or two who car - thinking that. Because it is a serious sickness, not something to plaster on the cover of a magazine. And I am the opposite."

She added: "I want girls to love themselves. I want them to feel good about who they are...The thing is, I'm lucky because I was loved. But I have seen so many young women who can't feel good about themselves because they just don't have...that love."
